Medellin Office Rentals Rates
Since there is not a shared office space type of offering in Medellin, Medellin Office Rentals has set the benchmark for others to match in our office rental rates.
Secretarial and administrative services have been benchmarked against local competition and Medellin Office Rentals is at or below local costs.
We were unable to find another business that offered a roof top terrace for private functions so we halved the cost of renting a similar sized space at the more upscale local hotels that offer facilities for rent.

Our 1,400 Sq. Ft. Roof Top Terrace is available for Rent Monday through Saturday. It comes equipped with a large Gas Grill, Covered and uncovered seating for up to 80 people (and room for up to 150) , CD and FM sound System.
Great for Parties, Business meetings, Birthdays, Reunions, Graduations, Sweet 15 Parties, Anniversaries, Weddings, Bachelor (and Bachelorette) Parties, Fiestas, Dancing, Family get togethers, Training, Corporate Retreats, Special Occasions or events.
Monday to Thursday 6:00PM Until 12:00PM 400,000 plus cleaning.
Friday or Saturday 5:00PM until 2:00AM 750,000 plus cleaning. (tenants receive a 20% discount)
20% surcharge for Ferias and Holidays.
Access for host or party organizer is available 3 hours ahead of the scheduled event.
Security Included for up to 8 hours
Cook available for 50,000 COP per 8 hours;
Bartenders or servers available for 40,000 COP per 4 hours.
Maids available for 35,000 COP for 4 hours
50% Security Deposit Required. Non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of event but may be applied to another event scheduled within 90 days.
