Let's face it, computers occasionally have gremlins (actually it is usually operator error) and it can be frustrating and impact your business. Medellin Office Rentals retains an on call IT Tech support person available 7 days per week from 8:00AM until 10:00PM. Every tenant receives the same billing (The guy is very good and speaks pretty good English).

Having an on call IT Tech Support person that speaks English is a must for any office operation in Medellin. Computers seem to go out at the worst possible time and finding a qualified person to help you with restoral can be difficult.
Our IT Tech support person is well trained in installing computers, printers, routers, software installation, anti virus installation and disinfecting if you should get attacked by a virus.

Our Tech Support person is the only person allowed to touch our network and is responsible for keeping it in top working condition.
Of course, you may install your own equipment and software but if it causes any problems to the networking equipment you will be asked to remove it immediately until our Tech support person can certify it is safe/suitable for connection. We have to maintain network availability for our other tenants at all times.
Our Tech support person is also available for service calls to your home, apartment or hotel. He is independent and makes his own hours.
